We support athletes who strive to be the best in the world.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
-
Power of the Squad
“Squad Training” means organized, managed training as a group, working hand-in-hand with expert coaches and teammates, and openly sharing information to help elevate the performance of all squad members. Having a squad mentality enables our athletes to learn quickly, and train more efficiently and effectively. This philosophy applies to every squad member, and is the fuel for the engine of success.

Performance Plan
Using their wide Olympic experience, A1R coaches work with athletes to produce individual Performance Plans. We begin with an assessment of strengths and weaknesses on the racecourse, physical capabilities, current time commitment, equipment and class-specific criteria. Once agreed upon between the coaches and athlete, the Performance Plan is the road map for the year, and all forms of support are provided to enact that plan. Each quarter, milestones are reviewed, progress is measured, and the plan is revised accordingly.
