America One Racing Announces Athlete Roster for Project Podium
America One Racing is pleased to announce its official athlete roster for Project Podium, a high-performance initiative dedicated to securing medals for the USA at the LA 2028 Olympic Games.
A Focused Path to Olympic Success
Project Podium was created with a singular mission: to maximize athletes’ potential on the Olympic stage. Designed for a select group of podium potential athletes, the program provides a structured, high-performance training with world-class coaching, technical expertise, and individualized support.
“This is without a doubt one of the best opportunities American sailing has ever seen,” said Noah Lyons, 2024 Team USA Olympian. “To be a part of the America One Racing Team is a dream come true. I’m excited for what the future holds and to fight for a medal in 2028.”

With a small and highly focused team, America One Racing provides each athlete with tailored coaching, technical expertise, and great resources. This support allows athletes to focus entirely on performance, knowing they have the tools and financial resources needed to succeed.

For many of these athletes, America One Racing has been an integral part of their development from a young age and has mentored and guided most of them since their teenage years, helping shape their journeys toward Olympic success.
